Jewellery has become a part of my everyday styling. It is as important to me as what I am wearing, because I feel like it reflects part of my personality. It forms part of my seasonal voice, layered necklaces paired with gold hoops have become a summer style staple of mine. And I love a mix of gold bangles with my knitted jumper sleeve. As I have grown to understand my personal jewellery style, I have created a treasured collection that I update with pieces seasonally. I want to know the pieces I wear reflect me, for them to look like I could have had them for years and they hold beloved history – which most of my collection now do.
One the of the brands who have always spoken to me are Ottoman Hands. Their style pairs well with my own, relaxed elegance with a hint of boho. Ottoman Hands designs unite eastern and western heritage and are inspired by the traditions of the Ottoman Empire. Every piece is handcrafted in Istanbul and made from 21 ct gold plated brass and alluring semi-precious stones. I love their style, and any piece I buy from them always layers seamlessly with my wardrobe and other treasured jewellery pieces I have had for years.
