If there’s one thing that has kept Zack & I entertained through this time when we all have to stay at home, it has been taking time to play in the kitchen with cocktails. It’s actually been a lot of fun to put some lipstick on, get dressed up, make a cocktail to head to our lounge. I treated us to some special glasses so we really got that cocktail bar feel. We recently got creative with Eden Mill Passionfruit & Coconut gin to make a Piña Colada with a twist.
Frozen Gina Colada (serves one)
50ml Eden Mill Passionfruit and Coconut Gin,
100ml coconut milk (or milk),
100ml pineapple juice,
a tablespoon of golden syrup.
It’s as simple as blending all the ingredients together with ice.
We added some pineapple garnish for extra effect.
